Welive maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child abuse, exploitation, or sexualization. Any user found violating this policy will face permanent removal from Welive and may be reported to law enforcement.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Welive.
Any attempt to falsify age or identity in order to access or use the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
Welive employs both automated detection tools and manual review systems
to identify underage activity and detect potential
Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA)
.
Any attempt to bypass or manipulate these systems is a serious violation
of this policy.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Welive:
Creating, sharing, or distributing any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Discussing, role-playing, or dressing in a manner that sexualizes minors.
Depicting child nudity or sexualized behavior in any form, including drawings, animations, or digital renderings.
Using language or imagery that fetishizes or romanticizes minors.
Users must not engage in, promote, or depict:
Physical violence, threats, or incitement of harm toward minors.
Psychological coercion, manipulation, or emotional abuse of minors.
Dangerous or illegal activities involving minors, including challenges or stunts that could result in injury.
Neglect, trafficking, forced labor, or any other form of child endangerment.
Any such content or conduct will result in immediate enforcement action and may be referred to law enforcement.
Minors are not permitted to appear in any live streams, videos, audio content, or other media shared on Welive.
Users are prohibited from creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors .
Attempts to falsify age or identity to gain access to the platform will result in removal and further investigation.
Welive reserves the right to verify user information and take immediate action where underage activity is suspected.
Welive does
not knowingly collect or maintain personal information
from anyone under the age of 18.
If we become aware that personal data belonging to a minor has been
collected through Welive Services, we will promptly delete such
information and take preventive measures to avoid further collection.

Welive encourages all users to help us maintain a safe community.
Suspected incidents of child abuse, exploitation, or endangerment will
be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
Users may report violations directly in two ways: ① through the in-app
reporting function (located in the upper right corner of the user
homepage) – select the "CASE" option and upload a screenshot
as relevant evidence; ② or by contacting our team at
service@welive.mobi.
All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with the utmost
confidentiality.
Individuals who have been
convicted of crimes against children
—including sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking—are
permanently banned from accessing or using Welive.
Any user found to have concealed such a conviction will face immediate
removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
Enforcement Actions Violations of this Child Safety Policy will result in immediate penalties, including account suspension, permanent ban, or referral to law enforcement, depending on the severity of the offense. Welive cooperates fully with police and regulatory agencies during investigations of child safety violations.
User Education Welive is committed to promoting user awareness and digital responsibility. We provide continuous education through: Public access to the Welive Child Safety Policy on our platform. In-app reminders and prompts during content creation to help users avoid risky or non-compliant behavior.
To further strengthen our commitment to child protection, Welive has introduced the following safety measures and product updates:
New CSAE Reporting Category:
The in-app report menu now includes a dedicated “CSAE (Child Sexual
Abuse and Exploitation)” option, listed as the first reporting
category, to ensure users can quickly identify and report such
cases.
Enhanced Safety Access in Settings:
A new “Report CSAE” feature has been added under App Settings,
providing users with a direct, always-accessible channel to report
suspected violations without entering a chat or profile.
Visibility and User Awareness:
Welive has launched an opening banner and splash-screen notification
that links directly to this Child Safety Policy.
This ensures that every user is informed about our zero-tolerance
stance and reporting mechanisms upon app launch or update.
These implementations aim to make safety reporting more visible, accessible, and immediate for all Welive users.
